Welcome to a new tutorial Mint Family♥ This time we are doing another doll REPAINT, we are doing Betty Boop. The dolls I will be using are the new L.O.L Little Outrageous Littles Surprise dolls. They come in a surprise egg that has 7 layers of fun. Each layer that you peel gives you a surprise. I highly recommend it if you want one.
